Before Your Session

What locations do you serve?

I serve Pittsburgh, Wexford, Cranberry Twp, Fox Chapel, Oakmont, Squirrel Hill, Butler, Armstrong, Ross Twp, Hampton Twp, Moon Twp, Robinson Twp, Lower Burrell, New Kensington, Beaver, Chippewa, Sewickley, Plum, Monroeville, Greensburg, Washington, Canonsburg, Allison Park, Sarver, North Hills, Gibsonia, Hampton Twp, Leechburg, Murrysville, Mars, Seven Fields, Saxonburg, New Castle, Grove City, and Sharon, PA.

Not only do I provide wedding and portrait photography around Pennsylvania (Bedford Springs, Hershey, Erie, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and DuBois, just to name a few), but I also work in Ohio (Youngstown, Steubenville, Akron and Cleveland) and West Virginia (Morgantown, Clarksburg, Weirton, Wheeling, Parkersburg, Charleston, Huntington, Beckley, Canaan Valley, and White Sulfer Springs).  Having the luxury of traveling and staying at my “home away from home” extends you the exciting opportunity to focus more on your ideal style of wedding photography and forget geography!  I do shoot destination weddings – so don’t hesitate to contact me.

What types of sessions are available?

I am available for weddings, seniors, birth and events.

Where is your business based?

I am based in Beaver Falls, PA and love shooting weddings, events, seniors, and newborns anywhere in the entire Pittsburgh Tri-state area. I am also available for destination weddings and events anywhere in the world.

Do you have a studio?

I work 100% on location, I have a portable studio with a small backdrop, flashes and props that I am able to bring to you.

What if I have to cancel?

Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your session. Your reservation fee may be applied a another session within 90 days of your originally scheduled session. Your reservation fee may only be reapplied one time.

Can you recommend somewhere to hold my session?

Absolutely! A few places I love working are Hartwood Acres Mansion, the Strip District, Lingrow Farms, McConnell’s Mill State Park, Succop Nature Park, Buhl Casino Park, and Robin Hill Park, but we’re not limited to just these locations! I am able to shoot anywhere you would like, or recommend somewhere close to you!

What’s in your camera bag?

A am a Canon user. I currently carry two professional Canon cameras, a 5d mark ii and a 6d, and four professional Canon lenses, 35mm, 17-40mm, 70-200mm, and 100mm, and one Sigma 85mm lens. I also use multiple Canon flashes to create many of the amazing wedding photos that you see on your website. Most important to me is that all my equipment is in good working order, regularly maintenanced and that I carry backup equipment in case of an emergency.

What time do you schedule sessions?

Full outdoor sessions are scheduled 2 hours before sunset. Indoor sessions can be scheduled anytime throughout the day.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

I will decide at least two hours before your scheduled session if it should be postponed do to weather. If your session must be postponed, your reservation fee will be applied to a future date.

What happens if my newborn isn’t ready for the session?

It happens. Sometimes things are outside our control. We do everything right, and our little ones just don’t want any part of it. Newborn sessions take a few hours, but if after a few hours we still don’t enough suitable images, we will wait a few days and reschedule. Sometimes little ones just need a little more time to get used to this great big new world.

How long will it take to receive my images?

A sneak peak blog post will be completed within 1-3 days after your session. The complete editing process for your sessions takes 20-30 days. Once completed, your images will be posted in a password protected online gallery.
